First, you Research your Options

Second, Invest $500,000 plus syndication fee in regional center of your choice

Third, Prepare and file I-526 USCIS

Once your I-526 is approved you pass to the consular process in home Country

If the I-526 is not approved you have to adjust your status in the U.S.

When your Consular process or your Status in the U.S. is approved you'll receive conditional Green Card (about 10-18 months)

Then, Between 21-24 months, you have to file the I-829 to remove conditional status

Once the I-829 is approved you will Receive your permanent Green Card

After about 2 and 1/2 years, you can apply for the U.S Citizenship
